At Limar, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order purchase date for all non-final sale items.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • Sets & Gift Boxes: Items purchased as part of a set or gift box must be returned as a complete set. We cannot accept partial returns for these items.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the website description, Limar will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Other Returns: For all other reasons (such as change of mind, style preference, or sizing), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. Inspection and Fees

All returned items are subject to a thorough review and inspection.

  • If an item is returned dirty, damaged, or showing signs of wear (including makeup stains or scents), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or send the item back to the customer at their expense.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that all original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at soumyajilou@limaarhijab.com  or fill out our Return Request Form. Please include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
